Yanki Stemmer, a Jerusalem resident, is a computer software engineer, has a Masters degree in Operations Research and works in a high-tech company that protects pay TV content.
Musically, Yanki has been active since he was young. As a child he sang in the Hechal Shlomo choir conducted by Dr. Tzvi Talmon and later on in the Amateur Choir of the Jerusalem Musical Academy. He also plays the piano.
He is a shliach tzibur for the High Holydays for many years in a shul in his neighborhood and has been a member of the Jerusalem Cantors Choir since 2001.
